Founder of the ARTILINKI agency

Michael Fleury ‘s entrepreneurial adventure began in 2008 with the co-founding ofARTILINKI, a visionary project designed to transform companies’ approach to digitalization. Driven by a strong ambition: to place creativity, collaborative innovation and the strategic use of digital technologies at the heart of transformation.
Under his leadership, ARTILINKI has met with resounding success, helping companies of all sizes to redefine their digital strategy and exploit the opportunities offered by digital technology.

Creation of MF CONSULTING in Lyon, France

In parallel with his involvement with ARTILINKI, Michael Fleury founded MFCONSULTING in Lyon, an initiative born of his desire to bring companies closer to their digitalization objectives.
Within this structure, he perfected his expertise in creating websites optimized for SEO anduser experience, while developing solutions forautomating internal processes.
His method, focused on eliminating redundant tasks andimproving productivity, quickly established itself as a model of efficiency for ambitious companies.

In 2007, Michael Fleury had a seminal experience, at the crossroads of his personal and professional life: a five-month backpacking trip across East Africa, from north to south, alongside his wife.
This immersion in spectacular landscapes and profoundly different cultures opened him up to other ways of thinking, living and solving problems creatively and collectively.
This journey has strengthened his ability to adapt, while shaking up his vision of work, mobility and global connectivity.

This adventure triggered his decision to become a digital nomad. It anchored in him the conviction that technology is a powerful lever for overcoming geographical and cultural barriers.
Today, this philosophy is fully reflected in his professional approach: he infuses EXOCORP with a flexible work culture, open to the world and in tune with global issues.

Today, Michael Fleury lives and works as a digital nomad, a professional posture aligned with his vision of the world: open, connected and on the move. This lifestyle enables him to forge international links, keep in touch with innovative digital ecosystems across the globe, and nurture a keen understanding of multicultural issues.

Strategic overhaul of RECOM’s information system and optimization of the customer journey.

As part of the complete overhaul of RECOM’s information system, Michael Fleury led the assessment of the company’s specific needs in order to simultaneously optimize its sales performance and productivity. It deployed an integrated suite of digital tools, including a customized CRM and automated prospecting solutions.

He also initiated and led several co-construction workshops to draw up a Customer Experience Map, enabling him to make a detailed analysis of the customer journey, from the first interaction to the act of purchase. This approach enabled the identification of key contact points, as well as the frictions to be resolved.

As part of the website redesign, he integrated a complete SEO & SEA strategy, wrote the marketing content in line with RECOM’s brand DNA, and supervised the graphic redesign to ensure a modern, professional image.

It has also implemented an automated reporting system, retrieving data from the CRM to generate customized daily reports in line with the new graphic charter.
