The overhaul of the information system was a crucial milestone in ONLYKART’s digital transformation. Orchestrated by Michael, this project encompassed several components essential to optimizing the company’s sales performance.

Michael oversaw the modernization of the office suite, making day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient. But the real masterstroke was the integration of Pipedrive CRM, a tool that has revolutionized the management of customer relations and sales opportunities. Thanks to this integration, ONLYKART has been able to automate many low value-added tasks, enabling teams to concentrate on more strategic initiatives. This change not only improved the company’s responsiveness, but also had a significant impact on return on investment, in perfect keeping with EXOCORP’s values.

The site was redesigned by Michael to be more functional and aesthetically appealing, while preserving the existing SEO. An integrated SEO/SEA acquisition strategy was implemented by Florent and Michael C before being joined in 2022 by Eric K, experts in SEO and online advertising, to increase traffic and sales.

Together, they developed and executed a comprehensive SEO strategy, covering keyword optimization, site structure, as well as onsite and offsite techniques. Their collaboration enabled ONLYKART to position 1,576 keywords, with the main ones appearing at the top of the search results. This performance led to a 100% increase in traffic to the site in the space of 12 months. He has transformed the “seminar” brochure, making it more attractive and effective as a sales tool. At the same time, it redesigned its sales proposals, integrating a new visual identity and an electronic signature function. The latter is directly connected to the Pipedrive CRM, facilitating tracking and speeding up the validation process. Michael has also modernized mail signatures in HTML format. These signatures now include an appointment-setting link, also connected to the CRM, for smoother, more efficient interaction with customers and prospects. This complementary initiative ensures visual and functional consistency across all points of contact, reinforcing ONLYKART’s brand identity. These transformations are perfectly aligned with EXOCORP’s mission to maximize return on investment by automating and optimizing low value-added tasks.
