Since December 2021, Éric has been putting his expertise at the service of companies wishing to transform their website into a powerful sales lever. Teaching web development and SEO at Strasbourg University

Since September 2020, Eric has been a part-time lecturer at the University of Strasbourg, where he teaches various subjects related to web development and SEO. He teaches courses in the Licence Pro Web Development, Communication and Learning program, introducing students to the basics of SEO. He also teaches introduction to Full Stack web development as part of a DU program at the Institut National Supérieur du Professorat et de l’Éducation in Strasbourg. Between January 2007 and December 2010, a period of 4 years, Éric held the position of Website and SEO Project Manager at ABW – Advanced Business Ware, based in Mertzwiller.
His main responsibilities were managing the end-to-end process of creating websites on the “in-house” CMS based on Lotus Notes/Designer/Domino technology, as well as implementing SEO and PPC strategies for customers (mainly Tryba Group brands).
This experience has enabled Éric to acquire solid skills in web project management, content management system administration, and SEO and SEM strategy to optimize the online visibility of his customers’ sites.

Strategic overhaul of RECOM’s information system and optimization of the customer journey.

As part of the complete overhaul of RECOM’s information system, I took charge of assessing the company’s specific needs to optimize both its sales performance and productivity. I implemented an integrated suite of tools, including an adapted CRM and automated prospecting solutions.

I also initiated and led several workshops to develop a Customer Experience Map, which enabled me to analyze in detail the customer journey from first interaction to final purchase, identifying key touch points and potential obstacles.

For the website redesign, I integrated an SEO and SEA strategy and took care of the marketing copywriting of the content, ensuring that it accurately reflected RECOM’s unique and dynamic identity. I also supervised the graphic redesign of the site, ensuring that it combined modernity and professionalism.

In addition, I automated the generation of sales proposals and contracts with electronic signature, which cut customer response time in half. I also implemented a system that automatically retrieves data from the CRM to generate daily reports, in line with the company’s new corporate identity, reinforcing RECOM’s brand image while freeing up valuable time for other strategic activities.

Complete redesign and CRM integration for ONLYKART: A successful digital transformation project.

I orchestrated a complete overhaul of the information system, integrating modern enhancements such as Pipedrive CRM to optimize the automation of low value-added tasks. I also redesigned their website to improve both functionality and aesthetics, while fine-tuning our SEO and SEA approach. In addition, I reviewed their marketing materials, updating their seminar brochure and sales proposals with a new visual identity and electronic signature options, all integrated with the CRM. These improvements consolidated ONLYKART’s brand identity and boosted their return on investment.

I led the digital transformation at ACOPLAN, orchestrating a global overhaul of the information system and integrating Pipedrive CRM to centralize customer interactions, which improved visibility and sales performance. In addition, I automated the online quotation request, enabling immediate responses 24/7, thus increasing customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
